It is a strange market as many companies are feeling relieved that the economy has held up better than forecast in Q1 and yet at the same time, many are very aware that whilst revenues are increasing, so are costs and profits may be harder to generate than envisaged.

We are delighted to share that the University of West London have won Zest Quest Asia 2023. This marks the third time since the launch of the student culinary competition ten years ago that a team from the university’s London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism has taken first place.
