We are delighted to share that the University of West London have won Zest Quest Asia 2023. This marks the third time since the launch of the student culinary competition ten years ago that a team from the university’s London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism has taken first place.

Entrepreneurialism and innovation sit at the heart of the hospitality industry, we have seen this to be true in the past few years, perhaps more than ever.
