For so many people, the concept of networking is a craft which fills them with dread. Understandably many have dread of walking into a room of strangers or in meeting new people. It maybe understandable but it is a craft that holds so much value.

With the cost of living crisis very much with us for the seemingly foreseeable future, Brits look to have adopted a more cost-conscious approach to New Year’s resolutions this year.

Last week’s article which noted that EP aims to once again host Entrepreneur Pitches was seemingly very well received across the board. We were also approached by a number of entrepreneurs who understandably want to see if they can find support in reaching potential clients.

As hotels and the hospitality industry continue to try to provide experiences and engagement for an ever-changing consumer within the difficult realms of rising costs, supply chain issues and staff considerations, it is easy to understand that localism, community and sustainability could move down the list of immediate priorities.
