The UK Food and Beverage Sector has had a good few years fuelled by challenge and change. From Brexit to Covid, during which one cannot forget the difficulty involving the Suez Canal, the cost inflation crisis, impact of labour shortages, increased utilities and that is all before we consider the ongoing affects of the War on Ukraine.

There are many who see the great potential which lies within the emerging generations. There are also those who are very critical of younger generations for their work ethic and mental robustness.

Of course the answer is a balance between all three but one of the areas of growing recognition is the need to develop a positive mind-set within work cultures.
