This week EP held one of its Entrepreneurs Pitch events where several exciting and innovative concepts were presented in front of a global hotel chain.

With delicious food offers, the dishes appeal for a growing market in the UK. Only this week new data from Mintel revealed that the UK has overtaken Germany as world leader in vegan food launches.It is exiting time and the key findings were:
How big is veganism in the UK?
The Vegan Society also found there are 600,000 vegans in Great Britain in 2018, or 1.16% of the population. The number of vegans doubled from up to 150,000 (0.25%) in 2014 to 276,000 (0.46%) in 2016, and – incredibly – doubled again from the 276,000 (0.46%) in 2016 to 600,000 (1.16%) in 2018.This means the number of vegans quadrupled between 2014 and 2018.*It is exiting time and the key findings were:
There are also those who are taking part in Veganuary, where people pledge to go vegan for the month of January.
