Uncut and in Conversation with – Marianna Alfa

Marianna has a fascinating story to tell; one she is about to tell in a book to be released very soon. Growing up in Slovakia, in a communist regime before moving across to build her career in some of the finest operations in Washington DC and New York including The Williard Intercontinental, becoming General manager at Adour by Alain Ducasse at St.Regis Hotel, and then Director of Operations for the Sant Ambroeus in New York. In 2017, she came to London and became VP F&B for Yotel before moving into Executive coaching/consultancy.

Marianna almost fell into Hospitality by accident, although she built a strong career through a passion for both service and people. She has a very modern, international story to tell; one worth listening to.
