The argument for a more progressive approach in Hospitality education

Donald and Ruud are arguably two of the most influential figures from the Hospitality Educational Sector.

Donald was formerly Head of School at Oxford Brookes whilst Ruud was formerly the the CEO of EHL and previously at the Hague Hotel School. Both believe passionately in the role that hospitality education can play in industry and also in a wider business and social context. Both see a genuine opportunity for a new narrative and approach as industry prepares to rebuild after Covid-19.

The young are of such importance to the future and the education system can play a vibrant, dynamic role in support of their development. However there is a need for a change in narrative and focus.
