Wholesome Seduction is a food blog that believes food is fuel and it should clarenot only taste good, but do us good. Taking inspiration from abroad and with a little thought and planning, flavour needn’t be compromised.

Clare Garcia has a background in concept development and retail, which she blends with her love of food, nutrition and creative direction.

Given we’ve so far been denied summer, and indeed spring, (sorry, there was that one day…) I’ve shared my sunshine securing failsafe. As promised in last month’s post, Travel pick: Holy Cow, here are my holiday tips for Kerala, India: Where to stay, what to do and most importantly, what to eat.

Mango, cardamom & lime lassi

Lassis are essentially Indian yoghurt smoothies. This recipe’s a guaranteed brunch addition winner, plus a healthy breakfast or dessert to have on the go. Like me, many return to do just that.
