Many have cited that too many businesses have relied on their brands to do the work when actually what can achieve success is the eldest fashion of skills- people building strong relationships a, trust, vision, leadership and fun at work.

Technology and change in society are shaping the future of our work. Many are envisaging catastrophic consequences such as the disappearance of human workworce being repalced by machines. Although technology is evolving at a pace we have not seen before, it would seem that jobs are not dying but evolving so the question is how will you adapt and reinvent yourself?

The future of the industry is being shaped by those taking on new ideas, not those reacting to the rules being thrust upon them.  Bob will share his insights and deep industry experience on this topic.
