The Way Of The Gods – Bologna To Florence

This year EP has developed a series of walks to raise funds for special charities and to broaden thinking. Many businesses today are debating the fall in employee productivity, the increasing levels of mental health issues, the fall in trust towards leaders and the need for new leaders to be developed and nurtured.

Our argument is that broader minded people = better people = better professionals = better teams, cultures and behaviours.

This walk in June 2018 follows the famous stretch of beautiful scenery in the Emilia Romagna area and is around a total of 120km in distance.

More trust will equal an estimated 10% increase in profit

Can change really be generated?

All the issues that sound big can be changed through behaviours. The core issues have been created through a decline in trust in business, in leadership and in institutions. What is needed is a return to a more personalised approach to relationships with customers and employees and business to work with arguably a higher standard of trust and integrity.
Behaviour makes all the difference.

However food has never been more important. It plays a key role in daily life with consistency, value, and quality being at the top of customers ‘must haves’. It is now time for businesses to find new solutions and answers – the market is ripe for the potential disrupters. Watch the video below:
