Nico Prinsloo, a former Business Development Director with CH&CO, and John Harris, former founder of The Good Eating Company, have come together to launch a new consultancy for the food service market.
Both are vastly experienced in the sector and want to bring a new approach and dimension to supporting companies and venues. John has long been regarded as one of the leading food experts in the sector from his days with Catering & Allied through the development of The Good Eating Company and its sale to Sodexo. Nico spent 16 years with CH & Co and was a Business Development Director for 11 of those years working across both B&I and commercial venues over that time.
Together they do bring together an unique expertise and insight.
It is clear that Food Service is going to change in the new landscape that emerges.
