On the 9th November, EP was delighted to host an interactive seminar at the Little Ship Club in the City of London. We were delighted to welcome a range of speakers who provided expert insight into this central subject area as it is a harder evolution than many realise; it has asked questions of operators who have not always felt comfortable in finding the answers.
One of the key themes which came through the presentations was that it does need a collaboration between companies to work together to create the best solutions; however there are good solutions emerging which can genuinely impact on margin generation and service improvement.
We were delighted to welcome Mark Davies, from ISS Global Food Service, to talk from his perspective on how he has viewed the evolution.
