There has never been a time when expert insight and opinion has had more value. The Food Service Sector is changing at speed, just as other sectors are and we are therefore delighted to announce that as of April 2017, EP’s Food Service Action magazine will carry the views of both leading operators and also of a number of the leading consultants.
Over the last four months, EP has held a number of meetings and discussions with many of the leading consultants as their views, perspectives and understanding can only help break down barriers and help the change process. The magazine is designed to explore thought leadership, insights and ideas. Our belief is that by bringing together expert pieces from both operators and consultants, the magazine will hold even greater value. The aim is simply knowledge share and collaboration.
The magazine aims be a broad school and involve consultants from not just food service but hotels, design, sustainability, corporate finance, nutrition, technology and market trends. The strength of the magazine will lie within the content and the wider and more interesting it is, then the more successful the engagement of the magazine.
