One of the objectives of Ritrovo is simply to enable and support young emerging leaders far better than was the case pre-covid. So many of the top leaders today held senior posts at an early age, so why is it that this today is deemed too much of a risk? Leadership comes in all ages and it is important that young leaders too are given the same opportunities and support which previous generations were given.
Fran Miller, a fast emerging producer at The National Theatre, is one such example. She is articulate, engaging and with her own ideals/vision for the future.
