Later this year, London will play host to the Vegetarian Chance; an event first founded and hosted in Milan in 2016 by the Michelin star chef Pietro Leeman and the Journalist, Gabriele Eschenazi. Working closely with EP, the show will promote both great vegetarian and vegan food styles, inviting many leading chefs to talk about their food philosophies but also have a real focus on sustainability with a range of lectures and experts talking.
There is an ever-growing focus in sustainability and the aim of the show is to become a centre point for the industry to come together and learn from others, with two shows to be hosted each year in the UK. Our aim is to bring many creative talents together alongside great chefs and sustainability experts and to include art exhibitions and writers. The aim is to create a unique event on this most important subject
