The Great Service Debate
Thursday, 5th July 2018
EP and Penshee are collaborating this year by bringing together players from across the hospitality sector for the event series; The Great Service Debate. Over a roundtable breakfast discussion, the room discusses and debates two core questions: ‘What is great service?’ and ‘How do we achieve this across our industry?’
Summaries of the first three sessions this year:
- “He is our best Doorman, we employed him at the age of 65”
- “You are welcome to perform cartwheels in the lobby”
- “Look up for spiders and down for snakes”
