EP is delighted to present The Great Service Debate at this this year’s Independent Hotel Show. The Show, which takes place on 16th and 17th October, is a fine get-together of the hospitality community and is focused on a curated collection of suppliers, seminars and workshops.
Together with Giles Gordon-Smith, Founder of Penshee, EP is among 25 free-to-attend seminars taking place over the two days. Join us at 1:30pm on Tuesday 16th October for an exclusive reveal of some of the outcomes from the series so far.
This year Penshee and EP have been hosting small roundtable discussions with senior players from hospitality and related businesses to answer two core questions:
- What is great service?
- How do we reach a consensus on what must be done to achieve it?
The debates have attracted great interest across the industry as the topic continues to grow in stature along with the collective recognition that service is becoming increasingly important in the modern fast-paced world. However, how will it evolve? What are the key areas of focus and change? And what do we mean by the term “great service”?
At this years Independent Hotel Show, The Great Service Debate is just one of the many stimulating seminars and workshops taking place. Guests at the show can explore 350 premium suppliers who are exhibiting design, the latest technology and innovative products.
At the complimentary show, visitors can also discover the unveiling of ‘The Hotel Room of The Future’ – an installation created on what the hotel bedroom, in the next five to ten years, may look like. Plus make new connections at a speed networking opportunity at ‘The Meeting Space’ – topics include expansion challenges, recruitment and sustainability.
