Celebrating the season with Food Show

Food Show Hula Party

Towards the end of July Food Show held their annual Summer Bash. A fixed celebration in the calendar for one of London’s leading event caterers, the party included delicious food, bespoke cocktails and a whirlwind of entertainment.

Guests were treated to a range of of exciting cocktails including a Cheeky Tiki Tickler:

Vodka is paired with vanilla spiced Rum, then shaken with plenty of fresh lime, passion-fruit puree, pomegranate, and an orange liqueur. Served long, over cubed ice, with a paper bamboo straw, passion-fruit, mint and cherry garnish.

As well as tasty canape treats:

Tuna tartare with wasabi caviar served on dry ice
Steak and frites with warm béarnaise sauce
Butternut squash Chawanmushi with hondashi and enoki mushroom
And many more.

On a hot summers day in the capital, guests wearing hula necklaces, cooled down with ice sorbets being crafted by Max Uyanik, Director of Food and his team.

As well as other desserts:

Coconut bomb (deconstructed piña colada pineapple cooked in 5 ways and finished with nitro pearls)
Chocolate, cherry and banana – chocolate crème brûlée
banana rock & cherry fluid gel

Guests were welcomed by Andrew Gosling, Founder and Managing Director and Jay Burgesson, Commercial Director who oversee the talented team. From corporate dinners, private celebrations and weddings, Food Show offers a unique and creative service to every client.
